We offer in-person and telehealth solutions, giving our young clients complete control over the therapeutic touch-points they need as our collaborative and supportive relationship grows.
Our focus is to help young people heal, become aware, and gain control. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to concerns, and collaborating on a path forward.
We promise to be there for your Teen every step of their journey. Our goal is to help your Teen grow from their struggles, heal from their pain, and move toward to where they want to be in their young life.
Many young people can experience symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, and hopelessness. We help recover the motivation, perspective, and joy that foster personal growth and well-being.
Problems that show up in the home, school, or in social settings can lead to sustained suffering, and daily functioning can begin to falter. We help overcome these symptoms, and move toward a transformative process of understanding and growth.
Problems manifest themselves in relationships, and our work can be beneficial to strengthen connection and repair ruptures. Sessions are a collaborative space to discuss issues and solutions to realize the promise of a healthy relationship with yourself, and others.
Our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform offers secure videoconferencing and messaging from your connected device.
We have found that young people enjoy that ability to connect via messaging and scheduled video and/or phone sessions between typical in-person counseling sessions, as a strategy to stay on track with treatment objectives and feel connected to someone. As a baseline to our services, Clients pay a low weekly subscription for unlimited ongoing therapeutic support, coaching, and mental wellness.
Face-to-face counseling at our office in Westfield, IN, in the community, at school, or in the Client's home.
Exclusive telehealth counseling is often not appropriate, and requires periodic in-person work to be effective. Clients wanting or needing in-person care can use this option when necessary. One in-person session is typically recommended to begin, then is reduced as appropriate, and is supplemented with our baseline Teletherapy services throughout our work together.
Appropriate documentation is provided upon request for Client insurance reimbursement needs, if applicable. Insurance is not accepted directly, but may be considered "Out of Network" by your insurance provider, and is managed by our Clients directly.
